By using VeraVoice ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Platform is operated by Data Specialists Group LLC.

2. Description of Service

VeraVoice is a vocal intelligence and acoustic coaching platform. It provides AI-powered voice coaching sessions and vocal biomarker analysis to help users measure and track personal growth.

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sessions 1–3 are available for free; a paid subscription is required for continued access.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for assistance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempting to reverse-engineer our technology, scrape content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, stories, coaching prompts, and vocal analysis technology are the property of Data Specialists Group LLC. Your session data belongs to you; our platform and content belong to us.

7. Disclaimer

VeraVoice is a personal development tool, not a licensed therapeutic service. Our AI coaching and vocal analysis provide insights and reflections — they are not medical, psychological, or professional advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Data Specialists Group LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
